Loan Processors

  • Gather loan application from loan officers

  • Ensures borrower compliance with the credit guidelines

  • Work with underwriters to review credit and verify the borrower’s credit history

  • Pull up credit report while requesting for supplementary documents to complete the report


Team Leaders

  • Analyse reports and manage employee workloads to ensure that turn times are met

  • Partner with underwriters to ensure file prioritisation

  • Effectively communicate changes, updates and news about investor guidelines or matters that impact the duties of the operations staff in a timely fashion

  • Provide performance feedback to the team and individuals that motivates, and teaches the department to maintain a climate of camaraderie and cooperation in the office


Operations Managers

  • Accountable in overall loan operations management and mortgage loans operation staff. Oversees all lending functions, which include sales, funding, processing, and closing. 

  • Develops and implements policies and procedures to promote efficient workflow

  • Communicates directly with US managers/officers and establish positive working relationships across the organisation

  • Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to clients
